What a fabulous cottage! Perfectly equipped, perfectly positioned and perfect communication from Liz the owner. Beautifully clean throughout, lots of extras..well-stocked bookshelves and games cupboard. Lots of kitchen basics, oil, seasonings, washing up liquid etc. Fabulous walks in either direction along the coast path, great for seal and dolphin watching. We had a mixed bag of weather, loved watching the waves crash over the rocks whilst cosy and warm in the cottage sitting in the window seat. (My favourite spot)We did a great walk along the coast path to Porth Wen and back, just stunning. It took an hour and half each way.. with lots of stopping to admire the views and listen to the silence. You won't regret staying here any time of year.

What a Location
We recently visited Bull Bay and stayed at the Old Post Office, what a beautiful place to stay in the most wonderful setting.

The cottage was beautifully presented and fully equipped with everything you need. It was very comfortable and cosy and plenty of space for the four of us. The cottage was just like home from home, maintained to a very high standard. 

What a location, with wonderful walks right on the door step. We would certainly recommend this property and very much look forward to a return visit. The host Liz couldn't be more helpful and communication was first class. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Once again we return to the Old Post Office,
to find it is just as good as previous visits, one could say even better Sykes are certainly correct in listing this cottage as outstanding, the cottage provides everything that one could want for a restful holiday by the sea, the main bedroom is the only one where one can drift off to sleep watching the tide coming in. Definitely outstanding ! We must now wait until autumn to return. Well done owners x

Walking in Anglesey
We had a lovely stay at the Old Post Office Bull Bay. Our way of kick starting the new year and shedding the excesses of Christmas, the cottage was exactly as described, with the outlook across the bay. Great access to coastal and inland walks just what we needed. We will be back.

First rate dog friendly cottage
From experience many dog friendly places just don’t live up expectations, however The Old Post Office truly does. The cottage itself is welcoming to all and kept to a very good standard. The surroundings are ideal for dog walking with so many places happy to let you take along your dogs. Definitely an address to keep for the future.

Great for the family
Fantastic summer holiday at the Old Post Office in Bull Bay. Quiet location (until we arrived!) cottage in a fab place straight out onto the bay, plus easy cycle or drive to numerous beaches and child friendly places to visit. Beautiful island with lots to explore and the cottage was good to have as a base giving us a comfortable place to rest after hectic days.

Bring your boat
Situated in a quiet cove this cottage is just what you need if you have a boat - slipway access to the sea, safe parking overnight at the rear of the property. Remember to look up local rules in advance for boat launching!! We had a great holiday time spent exploring the locality and eventually spending time on our boat. Cottage was lovely and residents friendly with a nice pub up the hill for food and drinks.

Thank you for a wonderful break in a cosy cottage with stunning views of Bull Bay. Such a welcoming cosy lovely place. Decorated to give you the seaside feel. The house is so special and you feel the love and care put into the place by the owners, loved chilling in the sun in the front terrace watching the world go by.

Just wanted to say we have had a lovely time the cottage is so cosy and you’ve thought of absolutely everything. Lenny the Labrador loved the crate of toys he absolutely loved every minute. We met the cleaner and she said you have a house in Anglesey so going to have a look we will definitely be back and recommend to everyone with dogs
