About the Cottage

This traditional holiday cottage dates back to the mid-19th century and was, as the name suggests, the Old Post Office; however, in earlier times, it was a fisherman's cottage. The Old Post Office, Bull Bay, is a superb end-terrace cottage with stunning sea views in the small Anglesey village of Bull Bay.

Just a few yards from a small cove with a rocky beach at the front and the Anglesey Coastal Path at the back, The Old Post Office, Bull Bay, is a charming cottage for a family holiday, walking break in Anglesey, romantic escape, or simply a retreat to relax at any time of the year. It is also a dog-friendly cottage.

Privately owned and cherished by the family since 2019, The Old Post Office, Bull Bay, is a holiday cottage in Anglesey that feels like a true home-from-home.  As such. we want you to have an enjoyable stay at The Old Post Office, Bull Bay, and have made every effort to ensure that everything is in place for your comfort and enjoyment.

Accommodation

  • Sleeps up to 6 people and 3 dogs

  • King-sized bedroom with bay views

  • Twin-bedded attic room with views of the bay out of the Velux windows

  • Bunk bedroom (accessed through the twin bedroom)

  • Bathroom with bath and overhead shower

  • Pet-friendly walled garden with gate access to the beach

  • Free parking around the cottage

  • An outside toilet which can be used; however, it is not part of the regular cottage cleaning regime. Cleaning products are available in the toilet, should you need them

  • We are strictly a non-smoking cottage

  • Our changeover day is a Friday during the main school holidays. At other times, alternative days may also be available, and we may be able to accommodate weekend breaks. Please call for availability.

  • Dehumidifier – As the cottage is over 200 years old, we have added a
    dehumidifier to take any moisture out of the air, making it drier. The
    dehumidifier is particularly helpful in climates with high humidity, such as Anglesey.
